Frequently Asked Questions

The Discflow model is the first and only product that combines the DISC assessment framework with key aspects of Emotional Intelligence. It provides a comprehensive understanding of an individual’s behavioural tendencies and emotional responses, helping to improve personal and professional development.

Unlike traditional DISC assessments, which focus solely on behavioural styles, the Discflow model integrates Emotional Intelligence. This combination allows for deeper insights into how individuals interact with others and manage their emotions, leading to more effective communication and collaboration.

The Discflow model benefits various professionals, including HR specialists, team leaders, coaches, and trainers. It is designed for anyone looking to enhance individual and team performance, improve communication, and foster a positive workplace culture.
To obtain Discflow certification, participants undergo a training programme that covers the principles of the Discflow model, assessment administration, and interpretation of results. Upon successful completion of the training and assessment, participants receive their certification.
The certification process is delivered over three sessions, each lasting three hours. In addition to the live training, participants are required to complete pre- and post-coursework. This additional coursework helps reinforce the concepts covered in the sessions and ensures a comprehensive understanding of the Discflow model.
